Consent for personal data processing

1. I hereby grant consent to the company INTELEK spol. s.r.o. with their registered office at Ericha Roučky 1291/4, Černovice, 627 00 Brno, Business ID No.: 49446118 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals concerned with personal data processing and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Regulation on the protection of personal data") to process the following personal data:
- Identification data (name, surname, or company name, Business ID No., VAT number),
- Date of Birth,
- Address,
- Telephone number,
- Email address,
- Website address.

2. This data will be processed for the purposes of:
- advertising and marketing, i.e. in particular the electronic sending of advertising messages,
- complaints procedure,
- suggestions for remedying defects

3. The Administrator will process this data for the time that you are using the Administrator’s services. For direct marketing purposes, the administrator will process your personal data for 2 years or until you withdraw your consent. The Administrator will process your personal data manually as well as automatically, personally and through their employees. Personal data processing will be further processed by the following processors:
- providers of processing software, services and applications

4. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, for example, by sending an email to remove@intelek.eu or a letter to the following contact details: Ericha Roučka 1291/4, Černovice, 627 00 Brno.

5. Please note that under the General Privacy Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- withdraw your the consent at any time,
- request information from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
- request an explanation from us regarding personal data processing,
- request access to such data from us and update or repair data,
- request that we erase this personal data,

6. By granting this consent, I declare that I am aware that the provision of the Administrator’s services is not connected to granting this consent, I have no obligation to provide consent and I grant consent based on my free will.
